These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ILM HUB's mobile application, website (ilmhub.kz), and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by ILM HUB Ltd. ("ILM HUB", "we", "our", "us"), a company registered in Kazakhstan.
By creating an account or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at security@ilmhub.kz of any unauthorized access or security breach.
You may only create one account per person. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to any third party.
ILM HUB offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free users have access to a limited set of features. Premium subscribers gain full access to all content and features.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform. All payments are processed by these third-party platforms under their respective terms of service. We do not directly handle payment card information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies. We do not process direct refunds. For disputes, contact the relevant platform's support team.
We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect.
You agree to use ILM HUB only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:
All content within the ILM HUB application and website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, course materials, and lessons — is owned by or licensed to ILM HUB and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Quranic text and hadiths are part of the Islamic tradition and are used in our platform for educational purposes. We have made every effort to ensure accuracy and authenticity. Any errors should be reported to content@ilmhub.kz.
If the Services allow you to submit content (such as feedback or progress notes), you retain ownership of your content, but grant ILM HUB a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display it for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
You represent that any content you submit does not infringe third-party rights, is not unlawful, and does not violate these Terms.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ILM HUB does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.
While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all Islamic and educational content, ILM HUB makes no warranty regarding the completeness, reliability, suitability, or accuracy of any content. For authoritative religious guidance, always consult qualified scholars.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ILM HUB and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ILM HUB, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@ilmhub.kz or through the account settings in the app.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our discretion if:
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Almaty, Kazakhstan, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
